Hi, My name is Mark.
I am a 1983 Distinguished Graduate from the United States Military Academy.
I started my leadership journey as a Cadet and then as an Officer in the United States Army.
Along the way I was able to earn my Masters at Texas A&M in Industrial Engineering/ Operations Research prior to returning to West Point as a Professor in the Systems Engineering Department.
As my journey progressed, I added several years of Lean experience and research into organizational culture and leadership. This site comes from my experiences and research.
As a visitor here, you are part of a fantastic community. As I develop this site I look forward to hearing your leadership story and what beliefs you believe a leader holds that create a high performing organization.
